Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 4 October 2026
Applies To: Aditi Software website and related services
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to aditisoftware.in and your use or purchase of software applications, downloads, support, and other services provided by Aditi Software (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent that acceptance in that manner is recognised by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Services. Additional product, licence, checkout, or support terms shown to you form part of these Terms for that Service.
Product-specific terms govern the particular application or offering they describe and take precedence over these general Terms on a direct conflict about that product. Website transactions remain subject to the applicable checkout terms, and mandatory legal rights always prevail. For DocMate Android use, see its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The website Privacy Policy describes information handled by this website.
1. AGREEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use or purchase the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. If you use the Services for a business, school, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. USING THE SERVICES
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any licence terms provided with a product. Features, technical requirements, availability, and supported devices may differ by product and may change as the Services develop, subject to commitments made for your purchase and mandatory legal rights.
You are responsible for compatible equipment, backups, compliance with laws that apply to your use, and internet access where a feature requires it. This does not mean that offline product features require an internet connection. Educational content and software are tools; they do not guarantee any particular academic, professional, or business outcome.
Availability and changes remain subject to the features, licence duration, support commitments and other terms agreed for your purchase, and to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. ACCOUNTS
Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share credentials in a way that defeats licence limits or account security. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making sensitive changes or providing account information.
Account requirements apply only to features that use an account. DocMate Android v1.0 does not require a DocMate sign-in. Website and separately connected application-service accounts may be managed independently; closing one does not automatically close the other. This responsibility clause does not make you liable for unauthorised activity that applicable law does not attribute to you.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not, and may not help others to:
- Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, network, source code, or non-public part of the Services.
- Disrupt, overload, damage, probe, scan, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
- Upload or distribute malware, destructive code, spam, or content that is illegal or harmful.
- Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services except where we expressly permit it in writing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical restrictions, or create derivative works except to the limited extent applicable law does not allow that restriction.
- Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, licence, or other proprietary notices.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Aditi Software and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, product names, documentation, and other materials. Purchasing a product gives you the licence stated at checkout or with the product; it does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve our Services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not give us ownership of your personal information or material you submit for support.
You retain your rights in documents, images and other content you provide or process. You must have authority to use and share that content. Providing material for a requested service or support does not give us a general licence to sell, publish or use your private documents for AI training. Third-party and open-source licences continue to govern their components, and the restrictions above do not override rights those licences or applicable law grant you.
6. ORDERS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND PAYMENTS
- Prices and taxes. The price, currency, included features, billing period, and applicable taxes are shown before you place an order. You are responsible for charges and taxes disclosed at checkout.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by the provider offered at checkout and are also subject to that provider’s terms. For a paid order, fulfilment depends on successful payment verification and our acceptance. Free downloads do not require payment. A submitted payment reference or screenshot does not itself guarantee payment confirmation.
- Subscriptions. If a Service is sold as a recurring subscription, the price and renewal period will be disclosed before purchase. It will renew as disclosed until cancelled using the available account or support process. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not normally reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or stated at purchase.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. For an existing subscription, we will give any notice required by law before a new price takes effect.
- Refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms shown at checkout, any applicable refund policy, and mandatory consumer rights. Download, activation or delivery does not by itself remove a statutory refund or other remedy. Any lawful restriction must be disclosed before purchase, with any required consent. Contact support@aditisoftware.in with your order reference for a refund or billing question; do not send full card details, security codes or payment passwords.
Recurring billing applies only where a recurring plan and its renewal terms were expressly offered and authorised. A one-time purchase or manually renewed licence does not by itself authorise automatic recurring charges. A store or payment-provider refund process does not replace rights that applicable law gives you against us.
7. DELIVERY, UPDATES, AND SUPPORT
Digital products are generally delivered through an account, download link, email, licence key, or the method described at checkout. Keep your contact information accurate and check spam or junk folders. Delivery times may be affected by payment review, connectivity, email providers, or technical issues.
We may provide maintenance, patches, or feature updates, but we do not promise that every product will be updated indefinitely unless a written plan says so. Support scope, hours, and response times are those stated for the applicable product or support plan.
Legally required updates, remedies and notices remain unaffected. Contact support@aditisoftware.in for assistance and send only material necessary to explain your issue.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may depend on or link to third-party products, payment services, websites, operating systems, or platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. DISCLAIMERS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device or third-party service, or that every defect will be corrected. Any implied warranties are excluded only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aditi Software will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid Aditi Software for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure, subject to outstanding payments and records we must retain. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay an amount due, or misused the Services. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Terms that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—survive termination.
Using the website Delete Account function can permanently remove linked store orders and download permissions as well as the account and profile photograph. Keep needed receipts and files, and contact support before deletion if an order is unresolved. Account deletion is not automatically a refund, cancellation of an independently managed subscription, or deletion of a separate application account. It does not extinguish accrued consumer rights or permit retention or refusal of a privacy request contrary to applicable law.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date at the top. If changes materially affect an ongoing paid Service, we will provide additional notice when required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Continued use constitutes acceptance only where applicable law permits; any additional notice or affirmative agreement required by law will be obtained.
13. GOVERNING TERMS AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern directly.
Informal contact is encouraged but is not a mandatory prerequisite to a legal remedy and does not suspend a legal time limit. Nothing here restricts a right to contact a regulator or another competent complaint-handling body.
14. GENERAL TERMS
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business reorganisation or transfer of the relevant Service, subject to applicable law. These Terms and any additional terms presented for a Service form the entire agreement about that Service.
The priority of product-specific terms described above applies to any inconsistency. An assignment must not remove mandatory protections or reduce a binding commitment merely because the provider changes.
15. CONTACT US
Questions about these Terms may be sent to Aditi Software at support@aditisoftware.in or +91 72760 07520. Postal correspondence may be addressed to Aditi Software, Roha, Raigad, Maharashtra 402109, India.
